YIYUN AI Glass

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the YIYUN AI Glass app, website, connected glasses features, cloud analysis services, device setup tools, diagnostics, support, and related services. By creating an account, connecting a device, clicking accept, or continuing to use the services, you agree to these terms. YIYUN AI Glass is a tool. You are responsible for where, when, why, and how you use the glasses and services, what you capture or submit, whether you have required permissions, and how you use AI outputs.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to use the services in your location.
• If you are under the age of majority, you may use the services only with consent and supervision from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for your account, connected devices, passwords, verification codes, API keys, and access tokens.
• You must provide accurate account and support information and keep it up to date.

The Services

YIYUN AI Glass helps users connect compatible glasses, manage device workflows, capture or transfer images at the user's request, run AI analysis, display results, troubleshoot setup, and receive support. Features may vary by app version, hardware, region, network, subscription, and service configuration. We do not decide what you capture, where you use the glasses, whom you capture, or how you use the results.

Camera, AI, and Safety

• The glasses may capture or upload first-person images when you use camera or analysis features.
• You must follow applicable laws, venue rules, and privacy expectations before recording, capturing, analyzing, or sharing content.
• Do not use camera, recording, identification, or analysis features in bathrooms, changing rooms, medical areas, restricted school areas, security screening areas, private homes, confidential business areas, or places where capture is prohibited.
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for your situation.
• Do not rely on AI outputs as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, driving, employment, housing, credit, insurance, or other high-impact decisions.
• You are solely responsible for your use of the glasses, your content, your prompts, your business workflows, your notices and consents, and your decisions based on the services.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the services to violate laws, infringe rights, invade privacy, harass others, mislead people, or create unsafe situations.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, harmful, hateful, violent, sexual, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Do not submit sensitive data, regulated data, government identifiers, financial account data, health information, precise location, biometric information, children's sensitive information, private communications, trade secrets, or other data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not attack, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass, overload, or interfere with our app, devices, systems, models, APIs, or security controls.
• Do not abuse trials, refunds, subscriptions, rate limits, promotions, support processes, or device access.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in content you submit, upload, capture, or generate through the services. You grant us the rights needed to host, transmit, process, analyze, display, troubleshoot, secure, and support that content in order to provide the services. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you use with the services, including any notice, consent, authorization, or legal basis required for people, places, objects, confidential information, or sensitive data included in that content.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information. The app is designed so that images are primarily used for immediate analysis and short-term preview unless you choose to save, share, debug, or submit content for support, or unless retention is required by law. Please review the Privacy Policy.

We do not require you to provide sensitive personal information and do not intentionally collect sensitive data by default. Do not submit government identifiers, financial account information, health information, precise geolocation, biometric information used to identify a person, private communications, children's sensitive information, religious or political information, trade secrets, or other sensitive data unless you have a lawful basis and the processing is necessary for your own use case.

Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may require payment, device purchase, subscription, or usage credits. Prices, features, usage limits, billing periods, taxes, cancellation, renewals, and refunds are shown at purchase or governed by the applicable app store or payment platform. Unless required by law or expressly stated, consumed credits, active digital services, custom services, and current subscription periods are not refundable.

Third-Party Services

The services may rely on app stores, cloud providers, AI model providers, network operators, payment processors, device components, maps, speech, translation, or other third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and changes or outages may affect YIYUN AI Glass features.

Intellectual Property

The app, website, software, firmware, user interface, designs, trademarks, logos, models, documentation, and related technology are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services as allowed by these terms.

Service Changes and Termination

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, maintenance, product, business, third-party service, or operational reasons. We may limit or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused the services, or used the services unlawfully.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, available in every location, or fit for your specific purpose. The services do not replace professional advice, human review, emergency services, safety equipment, or legally required review processes.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for your use of the glasses or services, including what you capture, record, upload, analyze, display, share, sell, store, or decide; whether you obtained required third-party consent; or whether your use complies with venue rules, privacy expectations, industry rules, or applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, loss of goodwill, loss of data, substitute services, or third- party claims. Our total liability for the services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to liability or US $100, unless the law requires otherwise.

Indemnity

To the fullest extent allowed by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold us, our affiliates, partners, service providers, employees, and licensors harmless from claims, complaints, investigations, penalties, damages, losses, costs, settlements, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your use of the glasses or services; your content; your failure to obtain required consent or authorization; your submission or processing of sensitive data, regulated data, third-party data, or trade secrets; your violation of these terms, venue rules, platform rules, third-party rights, or law; or your use of AI outputs in high-impact, professional, safety-critical, or legally regulated decisions.
